We started HOME in Yoga to create a space where you can land, breathe, and feel at home—just as you are.

Our classes range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative to Mamma-Baby and Kids & Teens Yoga. We also offer deeply nurturing group practices like Reiki, Breathwork, and Sound Healing.

With a team of compassionate teachers and holistic therapists, we’ve created a place where movement, stillness, and healing live side by side. From counseling and massage to naprapathy and energy work, everything we offer supports your whole self.

We believe in community, care, and the power of being seen. No matter where you are on your journey, you have a place here—with us.

Welcome HOME.

Jenny & Petra

Teachers

Petra Wireklint

Petra has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a certified yoga teacher. In addition, she holds a teaching certification in psychology, physical education, and health, and has worked in the school system for over 15 years. Alongside this, she has been dedicated to promoting adult health through yoga and fitness retreats, gyms, and wellness programs. Her education and experience have given her the ability to meet and guide both children and adults on the yoga mat.

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, each with their own unique needs. No one is exactly like another, and every person is truly one of a kind—both on the inside and out. It is incredible to think that there is no one else quite like you! We are all special in our own way, and for that reason, we should never compare ourselves to others, whether on the yoga mat or in everyday life.

Petra places great emphasis on recognizing each individual's needs and abilities. Her yoga practice takes place in a safe and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels welcome!

Jenny Berglund Castro

Jenny is an entrepreneur, mother, intuitive and yogi with a background in building brands and community. After spending nine years in New York City and six years in Los Angeles, she returned to her hometown of Stockholm in 2022. Throughout her journey, she has explored a wide range of wellness and healing modalities—essential practices that helped her stay balanced in a demanding work life. Today, she weaves yoga philosophy, meditation, and the healing arts into her daily life.

HOME in yoga is the realization of a long-held vision of welcoming community, bringing together teachers and students, beginners and experienced practitioners, the young and the mature, the well-traveled and the homebodies. This is a place to hold space for each other, allow for energies to shift and help us stay grounded in this magical thing called life.

At HOME, Jenny offers Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Intuitive Healing, Sound Healing, and other transformative practices, both in groups and one-to-one.

Elin Jonsson

Yoga has been a part of Elin's life for nearly thirty years. Her journey began with dynamic Ashtanga and has since evolved into a Hatha-oriented practice, where Pranayama and Meditation play a significant role in her daily routine.

"For me, yogic tools are unparalleled when it comes to well-being and self-healing. Something as accessible as your own breath can, with practice, make the greatest difference to your well-being, and my passion lies in conveying this in an accessible and inspiring way."

Elin's classes are characterized by pedagogical guidance and a warm presence. When she imparts yoga techniques, it's in a safe and inclusive manner, ensuring that everyone can participate according to their own abilities and where they are today.

She is a certified teacher according to Yoga Alliance and has completed several advanced trainings, including in Pranayama, Meditation, and Yin Yoga.
