A place to call HOME

Welcome to Birkagatan 23

Meet the Team

We started HOME in Yoga to create a space where you can land, breathe, and feel at home—just as you are.

Our classes range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga and Meditation to Mamma-Baby yoga, Beginners yoga and Pilates. We also offer deeply nurturing group practices like Reiki, Pranayama (yogi breath), and Sound Healing.

With a team of compassionate teachers and holistic therapists, we’ve created a place where movement, stillness, and healing live side by side. From counseling and massage to naprapathy and energy work, everything we offer supports your whole self.

We believe in community, care, and the power of being seen. No matter where you are on your journey, you have a place here—with us.

Welcome HOME.

Jenny & the HOME team

Teachers

Jenny Berglund Castro

Jenny is the Founder of Home in yoga. She holds 30+ years of practicing yoga and meditation and is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. As a mother of two she has steered her own businesses, explored the international markets to build brands and community and returned to her hometown of Stockholm in 2022.

During her nine years in New York City and six years in Los Angeles she explored a wide range of wellness and healing modalities—essential practices that helped her stay balanced in a demanding work / living life. Today, she weaves yoga practice and philosophy, meditation, and the healing arts into her daily life.

HOME in yoga is the realization of a long-held vision of welcoming community, bringing together teachers and students, beginners and experienced practitioners, the young and the mature, the well-traveled and the homebodies. This is a place to hold space for each other, allow for energies to shift and help us stay grounded in this magical thing called life. Jenny sees every individual and meets you where you are.

At HOME, Jenny offers Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Intuitive Healing and other transformative practices, both in groups and one-to-one.

Her creativity flows into every session, reflecting her dancer‘s soul. Beyond teaching yoga, she offers healing through reiki and massage, guiding others toward authenticity and compassion—for themselves, towards others, and how we show up for Mother Earth.

Her mission is to inspire that journey in others, drawing from a lifelong love of movement and wisdom gained along the way. Whether in the studio or beyond, she is here to share the transformative power of yoga with you.

Mimi Nandi

Welcome HOME Mimi! Mimi is a lifelong yoga student, and the practice is where she feels the most connected, peaceful, and alive. For Mimi, yoga isn’t about how flexible or strong you are—it’s about arriving on the mat with an open heart and mind. With steady practice, Mimi believes strength, calm, and balance begin to unfold naturally. In her classes, she creates a warm and mindful space where students of all levels can explore themselves with intention and ease.

Mimi’s yoga certification was held in Rishikesh, India.

Enjoy Mimi’s Hatha yoga twice per week at Home in yoga. Mimi’s classes will be in English.

Emma Zapel

Emma is a Yoga teacher, Psychologist and Coach working with mental and physical health in different ways. She is strongly influenced by years of dance and yoga — the thread she has always returned to — a place not just for play and embodiment, but to simply breathe, listen, and reconnect. Her practice and studies have taken her around the world, with her most formative learning happening in Bali and Amsterdam. She now integrates everything she has gathered into a deeply embodied and intuitive way of teaching, offering space for movement to become our own dance with life — both physically and mentally.

At HOME in yoga, Emma is especially offering stronger, more fiery yoga flows, as well as 4-Beat Vinyasa — a London-based practice where breath and movement follow the same rhythm, supported by music and count.

Emma’s classes will be in English.

Filippa Lundberg

Coming from a background in dance, yoga was first introduced to Filippa as a type of therapy, then after falling in love with the practice, it came to be so much more. This is what she loves about yoga: you may enter it for the movement practice and then end up staying for a life-changing journey.

Filippa’s journey led her to both India and Nepal, where she completed 500 hours of teacher training from highly experienced teachers who taught her how to honor the roots of yoga in her own practice and while teaching. In her classes, she creates a safe space where you are allowed to show up exactly as you are that day, and together you move and explore from a place of curiosity, compassion, and love.

Nea Bautista Wiberg

Nea Bautista Wiberg is a Pilates and Yoga teacher with over 14 years of experience in movement, health, and coaching. Her teaching is grounded in intelligent, strength-based movement with a mindful and accessible approach, supporting students in building stability, mobility, and confidence in their bodies over time.

Nea is a registered yoga teacher and a certified Mat Pilates instructor. Nea also works as an online Healthy Habits Coach, helping individuals create sustainable routines around movement, nutrition, recovery, and everyday life.

Born in Sweden and raised in Spain, Nea brings a multicultural and holistic perspective to her teaching. Nea’s classes are shaped by her diverse background and West Coast training style — focused, supportive, and practical — with an emphasis on long-term well-being, consistency, and feeling strong and at ease in everyday life. She teaches in both English and Swedish.

Agneta Beckman

Agneta is a yoga teacher and a licensed physio therapist and has been teaching yoga since 2008. In her teaching, knowledge of the body meets the presence of yoga. Here at HOME in yoga, she will be teaching MediYoga.

She also teaches Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. For Agneta, yoga is not about performance, but about listening to the body, creating balance, and allowing space for your breath, movement and recovery. Her intention is to offer a safe and welcoming environment where you can reconnect with yourself, strengthen your body, and find more calm and awareness in everyday life.

Sabina Agic

Sabina approaches yoga through a balance of strength and softness, where movement is guided by breath and presence. Her teaching is grounded, dynamic, and intentional, creating classes that feel both energizing and deeply connecting.

Drawn to yoga through the sense of community and joy within the practice, Sabina discovered it to be more than movement alone — a space for connection, awareness, and growth in everyday life.

She was introduced to yoga through dynamic asana styles such as the playful Rocket and the disciplined Ashtanga, and later trained in Southern India in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Today, she teaches a range of styles — from dynamic power flows to slower, more restorative classes — always with the intention of creating a space where everyone feels capable, strong, and at home in themselves.

Welcome HOME, Sabina!

Alice Naville

Alice invites students into yoga as a personal voyage of discovery and transformation. With a teaching style that is as flexible as it is attentive, she meets each practitioner where they are — whether stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen a long-held practice. In her classes, care and respect guide every cue, cultivating both physical strength and inner serenity in a seamless flow.

For Alice, yoga is more than a physical practice; it is a path toward mental well-being and emotional balance. She creates space for students to harmonize body and mind, unlocking renewed peace and vitality along the way. Originally from France and now based in Stockholm, Alice teaches in English and looks forward to sharing this adventure of well-being and self-discovery with the HOME community.

Jasmin Hedlund

Jasmin discovered meditation long before she found her way into yoga, and it became the doorway into a dedicated practice that has shaped her life for more than seventeen years. She first immersed herself in Ashtanga Yoga, later exploring the softness and depth of Yin Yoga, before eventually studying Ayurveda at the Scandinavian Ayurveda Academy in 2013.

Since 2015 she has worked independently within yoga and ayurveda, offering classes and sessions rooted in a holistic view. Jasmin believes in movement as a way to land in both body and mind - a gentle invitation to listen inward to cultivate self‑awareness. Her intention is always to plant a small seed.

Welcome HOME, Jasmin!

Zawadi Pagard

Zawadi comes from a long background in dance where movement, rhythm and body awareness have been central throughout her life. Over time, she discovered pilates and yoga as new forms of movement expression and has practiced both disciplines for the past 10 years.

This journey gradually developed into a deeper passion leading her to become a certified instructor. She now brings together her dance background with pilates and yoga, creating classes that emphasize flow, strength, precision and a strong mindbody connection.

Welcome HOME, Zawadi!
