Yin Yoga

  • Yin Yoga is a calm and meditation-inspired style of yoga that focuses on stretching and opening the body's deeper tissues – fascia, ligaments, and joints. In this class, each posture is held for an extended period, allowing you to deeply relax and truly feel the effects of each stretch.

Yin Yoga offers a wonderful way to build flexibility, promote circulation, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, where movements are faster and more active, Yin Yoga encourages presence and mindfulness in each posture, creating a meditative and soothing experience.

Pilates

  • Classical Pilates is a training method developed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on strength, flexibility, and body control. It is based on six fundamental principles, emphasizing breathing, core stability, precision, and flowing movements to strengthen the entire body, especially the core muscles.

Pilates not only works with the large muscle groups but also targets the deep muscles at all levels. It is an effective full-body workout where you use your own body as resistance. You will become more flexible, stronger, and develop a better body awareness while coordinating body and mind to achieve total balance.
