Mamma & Baby Yoga

Mamma-Baby Yoga is a calm and strengthening yoga class that creates a beautiful moment of connection between you and your baby. The class focuses on gentle movements, breathing, and strengthening exercises for the mother's body, while also incorporating the baby into the practice. It is a relaxed and pressure-free environment where you can exercise, socialize, and bond with your child.
No experience needed for this class. We suggest you book the Course (multiple weeks), but drop in is available too.

Pilates

Functional Medicine Yoga

We will offer different focuses each class and move through asanas from a variety of styles - hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. This class is for you who are single, looking to meet new yogi friends.
