Welcome to Reiki 1 - your way to inner balance and healing in the middle of Stockholm. Reiki is a Japanese healing method that helps you manage stress, improve your health, open up and balance your energy channels and create harmony within you. You will learn the basics of Reiki, practice energy healing and discover how you can use this beautiful and well-established method to create calm, presence and find your own power. You will learn about its history and be initiated into Reiki. After this course you will be able to give Reiki Healing to yourself and others!

- Opening Circle
- Reiki 1 Course (theory)

After this Certification you can continue with:
Reiki 2 - adding symbols (for ex ‘distance healing’)
Reiki 3 - the Master symbol “Master practitioner”
