Workshop 4/10: Yin Yoga & Deeper Rest, a 2 Hour Deep Dive

Give yourself the gift of slowing down. This class is an invitation to soften, release, and sink into a deeper rest for Body, Mind and Soul.

Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, you’ll gently open the body and calm the nervous system. Your breath will go slower and you will help your body detoxify. As you enjoy a longer rest, you let your body work on its self-healing.

This practice supports:

- Stress relief and relaxation

- Improved sleep and inner balance

- Gentle release of tension in body and mind

- A deeper connection with your inner stillness

No previous yoga experience is needed. Just come as you are, lie down, and allow yourself to be held in a safe space surrounded by peace, love and compassion. Welcome HOME.
