Course April: New Start with Ayurveda, 6 weeks

New Start with Ayurveda is an accessible introduction to Ayurveda for anyone who wants practical tools to create more balance in daily life. The course runs over six Saturdays, two hours each time and is booked as a complete journey.

Each session includes gentle movement, meditation and a lecture. Themes include circadian rhythm, doshas, food and digestion, daily routines and more. Between sessions, you receive simple home practices that help you integrate the teachings step by step.

Over six weeks, you build a foundation that can support you long after the course ends.

Ayurveda is about awareness, rhythm and small, sustainable adjustments that support your whole system — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Your Guide: Jasmin Hedlund (Health by Jasmin)

Jasmin is trained in Ayurveda through the Scandinavian Ayurveda Academy (2013) and has worked freelance within yoga and ayurveda since 2015. She offers Ayurveda and Yoga, always with the intention of planting a seed of curiosity and self-awareness.
