This autumn at Home In Yoga we are offering a few carefully designed 8-week courses, starting the week of August 17 2026. With dedicated teachers and a guaranteed spot that is yours every single week. No last-minute booking. No wondering if there's space. Begin every week in stillness.
Yin Yoga & Healing is a slow, deeply restorative practice that works with the connective tissue of the body — your fascia, joints, and the quiet places where tension has made its home. Each 75-minute session weaves long-held yin postures together with Reiki healing energy, breathwork, and guided meditation.
Over 8 Mondays you will build a practice that genuinely changes how you feel — in your body, in your nervous system, and in the way you move through your week.

🌿 Yoga for Stress Recovery

Yoga for Stress Recovery is an 8-week course built for people who are doing too much, feeling too stretched, and running on not quite enough. Over eight sessions you will learn practical, evidence-informed tools from yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness — techniques you can take off the mat and into your actual life.
This is not about pushing harder. It is about learning — perhaps for the first time — how to genuinely recover. How to regulate, restore, and build a resilience that lasts well beyond the course.

💨 Pranayama & Meditation

End your week with your breath. Begin your weekend with clarity.
Pranayama — the ancient science of breath — is one of the most powerful and least explored tools available to us. When you learn to work with your breath, you learn to work with your energy, your nervous system, and your mind.
Over 8 Friday afternoons you will move through a progressive journey of classical breathing techniques — energising, calming, and deeply balancing — paired each week with guided and silent meditation. By week eight you will have a personal toolkit you can return to for the rest of your life.
Forty-five minutes every Friday. The ripple effect lasts all weekend.

🧘 Medi-Yoga

What if every posture was a meditation?
Medi-Yoga dissolves the boundary between movement and stillness. Over 8 Friday mornings you will develop a richer, more intimate relationship with both your body and your mind. You will leave each session feeling clear, grounded, and genuinely restored — ready for whatever the day brings.

🌸 Soft Flow — Yoga for 65+

Over 8 Tuesday mornings you will work on the things that matter most — balance, joint mobility, flexibility, and breathing — in a small, friendly group where you will always feel welcome, seen, and at home.
Because yoga is not about age. It is about showing up, breathing, and feeling a little better every single week.
