New Classes on Schedule - starting August 17
Enjoy a lot of new classes on the Schedule this fall. More than 30 weekly classes to choose from, more ways to connect to your body, breath, mind and soul. Full Schedule is here.
Morning Meditation
Start the day from stillness. Morning Meditation is a 45-minute guided practice to ground you before the day takes over. Each session moves through a different technique — breath-focused meditation, silent sitting, mantra — so you build a varied toolkit rather than one fixed method. No experience needed. Just arrive, sit, and let the guidance do the work. Join in Studio or Online from your own home.

Yoga Nidra, 45 min
Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation practiced lying down, where the mind softens into a state between waking and sleep. A class to slow down and return to yourself. No experience needed and no movement in this 45 min class.
Yoga Nidra delivers profound mental and physical restoration by shifting your nervous system into a state of conscious, deep sleep. Often called "yogic sleep," this guided meditation is practiced entirely while lying down, allowing your brainwaves to slow down to the same deeply restorative delta waves typically achieved during deep sleep.

Restorative Yoga
This is a class for rest, not movement. Using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to fully support the body, we hold a small number of passive poses for extended periods, allowing the nervous system to shift out of "go" mode and into deep relaxation. There is no flowing, no strengthening, and no active stretching — just stillness, supported comfort, and slow breath.
Ideal for anyone feeling depleted, stressed, or in need of true rest. No experience necessary.

Yoga Flow & Breathwork for Calm
A dynamic yoga flow designed to move energy and settle the mind. We'll link poses to breath at a steady pace, then close with focused breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and leave you centered rather than wired. Expect movement, heat, and a quiet finish. Geared toward experienced yogis comfortable moving through sequences at a quicker pace and with some pranayama experience.

Ayurveda Teaching & Yoga Flow
A class in two parts. We begin with Ayurveda, a theme, a topic or a tip from the tradition. It might be about doshas, sleep, food, the body's daily rhythm or something else from the world of ayurveda. The second part is yoga with poses that benefit all doshas. The class moves through flow, standing and seated positions and ends with rest or meditation.
The doshas are the three core life forces in Ayurveda that shape our health and personality: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Derived from five natural elements, each person has a unique mix that controls how their body and mind work.

Yoga Adjust and Align
A more in dept class for students ready to refine their asana practice. We'll slow down inside familiar poses to work on precise alignment, explore hands-on and verbal adjustments, and build the strength and awareness needed to go further safely (for example inversions, back bends and different binds). Expect focused breakdowns of key postures, partner and prop-assisted adjustments, and plenty of time to feel the difference small changes make.
Best suited for students with an established practice looking to sharpen technique, prevent injury, and unlock more depth in poses you already know.

Pilates BASI
Classical Pilates is a training method developed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on strength, flexibility, and body control. It is based on six fundamental principles, emphasizing breathing, core stability, precision, and flowing movements to strengthen the entire body, especially the core muscles.
Pilates not only works with the large muscle groups but also targets the deep muscles at all levels. It is an effective full-body workout where you use your own body as resistance. You will become more flexible, stronger, and develop a better body awareness while coordinating body and mind to achieve total balance.
We also offer BASI pilates (Body Arts and Science International) - a highly specialized, contemporary brand and teacher-training academy within that system. While traditional Pilates adheres strictly to historical roots, BASI updates the practice using modern biomechanics and its own proprietary class structuring framework.
