Mamma-Baby Course Starts 22/5, 5 Weeks

Welcome to HOME with your baby! Mamma-Baby Yoga is a calm and strengthening yoga class that creates a beautiful moment of connection between you and your baby. The class focuses on gentle movements, breathing, and strengthening exercises for the mother's body, while also incorporating the baby into the practice. It is a relaxed and pressure-free environment where you can exercise, socialize, and bond with your child. 

You can park and lock your stroller in our courtyard. Feel free to bring a blanket for your baby to lie on during the class.

Open to all levels – no prior experience needed.

It is recommended to start no earlier than 6-8 weeks after giving birth. The mother should have stopped bleeding before attending.

Medical Conditions: Please inform the instructor before class of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your practice.

Childs age: from 8 weeks until when the baby starts crawling

Investment: 1750 kr

Start: Thursday 22/5 and 5 weeks in total
