Mamma-Baby Yoga

Mamma–Baby Yoga is a gentle, bonding practice that supports your recovery after birth while giving you precious time with your baby. Through soft movements, mindful stretches, and breathing techniques, it helps rebuild strength, release tension, and improve posture. Your baby is included in the class — through touch, eye contact, and playful interaction — making it a shared experience that nurtures connection and well-being for both of you. It’s a space to move, rest, and meet other new mothers, all while honoring your body’s pace and your baby’s presence.
