Over 10 weeks, you’ll gently build a meditation practice that feels approachable and supportive. We start slow, with short guided sessions, so you can ease into stillness without pressure. Step by step, you’ll notice how a few mindful moments each day can shift your energy, focus, and wellbeing.

What’s included in this Challenge:
· Weekly 30 min live online session, Fridays: “Friday Coffee Break Meditation” 14:00-14:30. How to set up a practice Practice together, ask questions, and receive guidance.
· Daily personal practice tips: Simple, short meditations to explore on your own — just a few minutes to start. Online sessions provided.
· A progressive structure: each week builds naturally on the last, making it easy to grow your practice.
· Tools for everyday calm: breathing techniques, focus anchors, and gentle ways to bring meditation into your daily life.
For beginners and beyond:
No experience is needed — just curiosity and willingness. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking for renewed consistency, this challenge is designed to support you.
Tips! Bring your friends and share the screen. The more meditators the merrier.
