Summer is here — and so are we. While the city slows down and the light stays long, Home In Yoga keeps its doors open with a carefully curated summer schedule running every week from 21 June to 31 July. Whether you are staying in Stockholm or just passing through, your practice has a home.

Each week offers something for every body and every mood. Monday evenings bring Yin Yoga & Nidra — a deeply restorative 75-minute journey into stillness, perfect for starting your week with softness rather than speed. On Wednesdays you have two options: a midday Strong Flow Yoga for those who want to move with intention and energy, or an evening Yin Yoga to wind down before the rest of the week begins.

Thursday evenings offer a lovely Strong Flow Yoga & Yin — a 75-minute class that gives you the best of both worlds, building heat and strength before releasing it all into deep rest. On Saturdays, Slow Flow Yoga at 9:30 is the perfect way to ease into the weekend with breath, movement, and ease. And Sundays? We go big — a 75-minute Strong Flow Yoga & Yin in the morning, followed by Pilates at 11:00 for those who want to build strength and leave feeling truly accomplished before the week begins again.
