60 minutes of theory — learn how the lymphatic and glymphatic systems work, and why they are essential for health, vitality, and resilience.
90 minutes of guided yoga practice — experience techniques and sequences designed to stimulate circulation, optimize flow, and support your body’s detox pathways.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to:
• Gain a deeper understanding of the body.
• Strengthen the body’s natural flow and renewal.
• Explore yoga as a therapeutic tool.
• Learn directly from a licensed naprapath and experienced yoga teacher.
You’ll leave with both knowledge and practical tools to enhance your well-being, improve your energy, and connect more deeply with your body’s innate intelligence.
What is the lymphatic system?
The lymphatic system is your body’s natural cleansing flow. It helps you release toxins, reduce inflammation, and support your immunity so you feel lighter, clearer, and more energized. When the lymph moves freely, your body, mind, and spirit can thrive in balance. Yoga, breath, and mindful movement are beautiful ways to awaken and strengthen this flow from within.
