Workshop x2: Rosen Method & Yoga with Lotta Ahlvar

Welcome to a gentle yoga journey with soft movements, conscious breathing and stillness. Rosenyoga is a calm and therapeutic yoga practice inspired by Rosentherapy with mindful yoga movements. The focus is on creating contact with the body and supporting the recovery of the nervous system. Rosenyoga combines slow yoga with the aim of creating deeper relaxation, increased body awareness and an opportunity to release chronic tension. The class is suitable for those who long for calm, recovery and increased presence in the body. 

Welcome to a class for healing, breathing and deep rest — no prior knowledge is required.

Lotta Ahlvar is a Hatha and Yinyoga instructor, Yoga Alliance, and a certified therapist in the Rosen Method, Rosen Institute, USA. Lotta also works as a conversational therapist.

She has a previous past in the fashion and design world where sustainability issues and climate impact have been issues of the heart.
