Pregnancy Yoga Course

Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. With movements tailored to your changing body, it helps relieve common aches, improve posture, and build the strength and flexibility needed for birth. Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques promote calm, reduce stress, and deepen the connection with your baby. Each session is a chance to slow down, listen inward, and prepare both body and mind for the journey into motherhood — creating space for well-being, confidence, and ease.
