With a 12 year career as a yoga teacher, nutritional therapist, personal trainer and masseuse, Rachael's approach as a business coach is a holistic one. Helping her client reduce anxiety, overwhlem and build confidence and belief in themselves whilst thriving as women leaders in their field.
Her approach integrates not only strategy but the vital elements that ensure mental, emotional and physical well-being whilst also exploring advanced manifestation and spiritual practises.
